Russia’s capital has a long-running housing problem.

The country’s rent control laws have been in place since the mid-1990s, making renting a new home in Russia an expensive endeavor.

Now, however, there are a few changes coming to the way Russian renters can find a place to live.

Rental properties are opening up in Moscow, which is the most expensive city in the country.

The average rent for a one-bedroom apartment is currently around 7,000 rubles ($100) a month, according to data from Zillow, a real estate research company.

However, the average rent will increase to around 10,000 a month next year.

If you’re interested in renting in Moscow and are looking for a place that’s affordable, the apartment rental market is getting more crowded, as the city is seeing more apartments being rented out.

“Rental rates in Moscow have risen significantly in recent years, and the average price for apartments is now around 15,000 Rubles ($1,700),” a Zillower report stated.

There are now apartments available in Moscow for around 1,800 to 1,900 rubles a month.

“But the price may go up considerably, as apartment rents are still being set by the local government, which can raise rents even further,” the report added.

Zillows apartment rental data for Moscow can be found here.

The apartments are all located in the city center.

In Moscow, apartments are priced from 7,500 to 9,000 for a two-bedroom and up.

The cost of living is also high, with a typical monthly salary of 7,800 rubles, according, Zillowing.

But if you’re looking for somewhere with a great view and lots of room, the rent in Moscow can get much cheaper.

“If you’re considering a Moscow apartment, you should definitely consider renting out your home in the center,” said Mikhail, who rents an apartment for 5,000 to 7,200 rubles.

“You don’t need a lot of space in your apartment.

The view is fantastic, and you get to walk to the park.

The city also has a fantastic metro system, so you can easily commute to your place in the morning,” he said.

“The view and the parks are very attractive,” he added.

Another way to look at it, Mikhail said.

If a landlord decides to increase the rent, it will cost him some money.

“In the end, the landlord will be responsible for the rent increase, so he should ask for a reduction in the rent,” he explained.

However the rent is a major factor in the decision to rent in Russia, as many Russians are reluctant to leave their home.

A recent poll conducted by the Russian Foundation for Economic Development and Economic Studies (RFEDS) found that 77 percent of Russian adults are reluctant or unable to move to other cities in the capital.

However this number is expected to increase as more and more Russians move to the city.

“There are more and longer-term housing projects planned in Moscow,” said Alexei, who is renting an apartment in the Moscow suburb of Novosibirsk.

“I don’t know how many apartments there will be, but I’m certain that the number will increase,” he told The Next Sputnik.

“It’s also a good idea to have a vacation apartment in Russia.

There is also an apartment program for foreign students.

The rent for that is 1,000-1,500 rubles per month,” Alexei added.

The other major factor to consider is the quality of your apartment, as quality is one of the top reasons to rent a Moscow house.

A good apartment is important because it allows you to be able to live your own life, according Alexei.

The quality of a Moscow home can be measured by a variety of factors, including its construction, landscaping, and furnishings.

But, most importantly, quality is also one of Moscow’s most important considerations in choosing a place for your future.

“Quality of life is also very important.

The most important thing to consider when deciding on a Moscow place is your budget,” Alexey said.

A Russian study by the National Council of Applied Economic Research found that a city with a higher average salary is likely to have more affordable apartments.

The study found that Moscow has the lowest median income among major Russian cities, and in comparison, Moscow’s median income is the highest.

“When it comes to affordability, it depends on your salary.

The salary should not be too low, since the average salary in Moscow is around 1 million rubles,” Alexevich explained.

“A higher salary will also mean a more comfortable apartment.

A new owner should have enough money to live on and the money should also be a good investment for your home,” he continued.

“However, it’s also important to make sure that your landlord will provide the necessary security,” Alexievich concluded.

“Your landlord should also pay you the rent for the period of
